I saw you only two days ago and already I feel "different", can't really explain it. But somehow I feel lighter in my head. Wake up feeling awake, walking around humming and singing.... Not so good for those around me!!  So a very very big thank you. Things can only get better.

I'll confess I was sceptical at first, but after that one session my anxiety has completely gone!  Having suffered for years I feel free and no longer worrying about when the next attack might come on.  Thank you, I'd recommend you to anyone who suffers how I did.

I was apprehensive the first time i went for hypnotherapy, However Shayne made me feel really comfortable and explained what was going to happen. I suffer with habbits that really effect me day to day such as Trichotillomania. I had no eyelashes or eyebrows. I also bite my nails after 2 sessions with Shayne at Aktive Hypnotherapy and a month later I have got my eyelashes back, Eyebrows are growing as well as my nails.
